Their price was not the cheapest, but they were on target. I got four different quotes, but the quality of the window was not good. They did pretty well and were quick in their work. They took two days to complete everything. They cleaned up well. Their product seems to be of good quality. Their customer service was good. They were still people and took long time to explain. The overall experience was very good. The sales process seemed a little pushy to get the sale completed, however, that also assisted me in getting a good price for the door that I purchased and the price was comparable to and better than other estimates that I received. It did take longer than expected to get the door, and I would have preferred more communication post sale as to estimated date for install, but any appointments scheduled were kept on time each time. The door was really expensive. The price was really high. I had looked all over the place trying to find a sliding glass door with a doggie insert and I couldn't find anybody that did it except for Champion. I think they knew that and that is why it cost so much. The sliding door is very good. I did have one problem with it and it took them a while to get back with me. I did not use them. The estimate they quoted me was for about $4000.00. I talked to them because I knew that they had done windows for the previous owner. My interaction with them was good. I thought the price was high. Since I didn't consider them in the beginning, I would not consider using them in the future.

1. The doors were promised the week after Thanksgiving but did not get installed until 12/21/10. There was no phone call to advise of the delay. 2. The installers were very professional and knowledgable of the job they were doing. 3. The one entry door in the front ddid not match the other. I called Champion and they said to pay them only what I felt I wanted to and that they would manufacture and correct the door and reinstall it after the holidays. This was a professional response. We have been in this house for twenty years, so we needed some replacement windows. We were very pleased with the products themselves. They are attractive and easy to clean. The crew that did the installation were excellent, friendly, professional, and neat. The whole experience was great. I have no complaints at all.

They were very professional and honest. The representative explained some things to me that other competitors didn't bother to explain. They stand behind their product for a lifetime. The same goes for the people who came out to install the windows. They were professional, punctual, and it didn't take them long to install.

The company is excellent to deal with. I just bought my house in May and called Champion to get an estimate for installation. The Factory Rep arrived very friendly and professional. At the time I had a lot going on in my home, but he was so friendly and patient with me. The warranty is great along with the make of the windows. My windows were complete and ready to be installed iabout 8 weeks later. The three guys that came to install the windows were friendly, patient and professional as well.
