Had bids from 3 different contractors to add a patio room on to an existing deck. There was some difficulty in getting enough pitch to the roof and tying together a garage roof, a shed style roof on the house and a pitched roof on the house. Champion was able to tie this all together due to the custom build of their insulated roof panels. Excellent. Products were high quality and installed well. Workmen did excellent work, especially on doors, where an error on a dimension caused a bit of an issue - however, the installer designed a fix and I am more than satisfied with the outcome.

When we chose a company like Champion for all our siding, windows and doors they say "guaranteed for life" they MEAN IT! In dealing with our house damage, every person at Champion we had contact with, from the installer Steve who came out and removed all the siding, and the scheduler Liz and the Champion insurance rep, Pauline, as well as the work crew were so supportive and helpful in working with our homeowners insurance and our repair contractors to get the damages to interior and house under the siding fixed and for us t... read more

She is so happy with her windows. They replaced all of her windows and put in a new front door to the porch. She was so happy with them, they did a beautiful job and they love their new windows. My mother is very particular, they told her what they could expect in savings, gave her an estimate. The windows were original to that house which was around 60 years old. The estimate was reasonable, the work was done well and on time. She hasn't had one ounce of trouble out of them.

They are perfect, I hardly even hear the wind blow outside now. The installers were neat, clean and left the house just perfect when they were done. 6 months later I noticed a crack in the top of one of the windows. I called, they were very polite, ordered my new window and about 6 weeks later it was installed with a smile, no fuss or muss. Very impressed with this very professional company from the initial meeting, thru the whole process and remain so to this day.

The team was very organized, PLeasant, and listened to our concerns, since we have a very old house, and it is not level. The were very effecient and considerate of our comfort. They statrted on time, were very pleasant and polite , communicating well each step of the time. The weather was very cold and raining, but they kept working. They cleaned up exceptionally well - hauling away all the old stuff. We were so pleased with their work, we have scheduled more windows to be replaced. Definitely will comtimue to use the.

Well. The weather was bitter cold. The workers put up plastic in the room to protect the house and kept the door closed while they worked. It took a long day but they finished. They totally cleaned up after themselves. They were on time and polite. The only thing we weren't happy with was that the picture windows were different sizes and rather than matching the sizes of the 2 side windows on each picture window they did a percentage of the size of each. They were just fine. We liked being able to see the windows being built in the factory.
