HIGH pressure sales tactics, in the long run there are better companies with better products out there. I would not use nor suggest anyone use these guy until they stop the high pressure tactics and make a better proudct.

The sales call started out well. The gentlemen was friendly, and seemed to know what he was talking about. He demonstrated to me his product. And honestly, the Champion product seemed to me to be a very good patio door. After the demo, he quoted me the price. I needed to speak to my spouse, who was not there. The gentleman explained that this particular price was only good for that day. I explained that there was no way I could make the decision alone. I called to get an estimate, and they came within a few days of my calling. However, I was very unimpressed with their sales tactics, which border on deception. The estimator told me it would cost $900 to replace a picture window in my bathroom. He then pressured me into making a decision by offering me a $250 "gift card" which I could use against the $900 to bring the bill to $650 if I made the decision on the spot to go with them. I was given a price quote ($2700) for a replacement patio door. When I told the salesman that I needed to discuss the project before ordering he told me that the discount was good only through this week. I told him that I understood that and would call him. He then told me that I could be included in a bulk discount purchase if I ordered by 3:00 today. The new quote was $1700!! Overall work was mediocre to fair. Work is done so quickly that concrete for footers was put in same day joists were attached, concrete wasn't even allowed to cure. Tie-in to house walls was not done properly and had to be redone. Deck not installed properly and had to be redone. Large window leaked and gutters/downspouts all leaked and had to be fixed a few times. Time will tell if they are adequate now. Locks on doors didn't work properly and had to be fixed. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CHAMPION TO ANYONE. DON'T DO WHAT THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL. DON'T COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. HAVE TO BE TOLD TO CLEAN UP THEIR MESS, MORE THEN ONCE. THE COMPLETE TIME WAS ABOUT 2 WEEKS BUT WAS PROMISED A DATE THAT WAS NOT MET, HAD ISSUES RE: ELECTRIC AND OTHER COSTS THAT WAS THE INITIAL PLANNERS FAULT FOR MISSING, WE FOUGHT THEM ON PLACEMENT OF ELECTRIC, DOORS, ORDERED WRONG TILE COLOR, EVERYTHING SEEMED TO BE A HASSLE HANGING HEAVY PICTURES SOMEWHAT DIFFICULT, THE DRYWALL WORK IN BATH IS NOT GOOD, WAS TOLD THE PANELS WOULD NOT STAIN, THAT'S A JOKE, BLUE POOL CHALK STAINED IT, CAT URINE STAINS!!! HAVE THE STATEMENT 'ACT OF GOD' REMOVED FROM YOUR CONTRACT. I WAS TOLD ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS THAT THEIR REASON FOR BEING LATE OR NOT RETURNING CALLS WAS AN 'ACT OF GOD'. MAKE SURE, IN WRITTING, THAT IF THE JOB IS NOT COMPLETED AS PROMISED IN THE CONTRACT, WHETHER ITS THE NUMBER OF DAYS IT TAKES OR THE PREPARATION AND CLEANUP, THAT YOU CAN BE COMPENSATED MONETARILY.
