The job is still not done. They said it would be 8 to 10 weeks and 8 weeks went by and I started calling them. 9 and 10 weeks goes by and I'm calling them and in the meantime I'm not receiving a phone call from them and I'm the one initiating all of the phone calls. After about 12 weeks finally I started talking to management at their main office and then they found out that apparently the windows had been lost in the warehouse or some nonsense. I live in a log hse, did not heed my warning about structure (things not vertical). Did a sloppy job with caulk on both doors. Storm door replaced 3 times, still cannot get the fit right. Salesman lied about quality of storm door. Technician told us salesman didn't care, just out for the sale. Didn't clean stormdoor glass. Caulk doesn't match. Said I did not want glossy, said they had no other. Such a big company should have caulk. Pitiful. I'm stuck. Could have done better at Lowes with storm door. Refused to refund my mone... read more

Unfortunately, after we paid the down payment for the windows, things changed. John called on 3/10 and said they could not do one of the windows because it was too small. He had made no mention of the size of the window being too small when he prepared the estimate. John then said not to worry, he would make it right. He said he had a friend at another window company that could fix it. He would refund the cost of the window and promised to replace the window at his expense. Company, came out and said it would take approximately three days, they did everything they told us that needed done, they were on time, stayed all day andfinishedin three days.

They arrived on time. They wore plastic covers for their shoes so as to not disturb the carpet. they were left alone for long periods of time without any problems. They followed up the next week with a walk through in case there were any problems. <br />

I now have some moisture in the bathroom, dining room and2 bedroomwindows. They are coming out to take a look at the windows next week, but Ispent this money and they are not working from day one.

I can not comment on the quality of Champions installation process. I stopped working with them during the sales process. <br /> I did not choose Champion to install new windows in my house. The first quote was incredible high compared with other vendors. It wasn't until I indicated that I was going with another vendor that the sales person "talked to their manager" and really wanted to "earn" my business. Champion installed my door on April 27, 2012. I was under the impression that they would install a complete frame in the threshold. Instead, my existing inside frame was left. In addition, the caps covering the screws for the window in the door were peeling. Third the mission style decoration on the door is not flush and will separate over time.
