The workmanship was good, HOWEVER it took forever to complete the work. I signed the contract the beginning of September and the work was not completed until the beginning of January. This was just for repairs on the fashia boards and new gutters....I would hate to have them to a big job, it would take years to complete.

Initial quote was just for the gutter guards. While I had every intention of using Champion, I was shocked by the price so told the salesman that I needed to get other quotes. Low and behold, the price came down to about 2/3rds of the original. Prior to the work being done, I took some gutters and siding down as it was required as part of another project. Absolutely HORRIBLE! I was told that gutters would be installed Friday 9/16. Still not done as of 9/20. As stated, I think I would still be waiting for this job to get done. One of the first things the sales person said was "We don't take your money and run." That is exactly what they did and blamed it on lead testing. I am very familiar with lead testing, why have a crew sitting around doing nothing while waiting for test results when you have other jobs to complete? We had a poor experience. The workers didn't want to work. They didn't show up, so they ruined our Memorial Day Weekend. They told us they would work all weekend, so we cancelled our plans and they didn't even show up. We had to deal with that crew for three weeks before they sent out a second crew.

They never returned my call. I contacted them and the guy said they messed up my contact information. We scheduled an appointment for him to come out to give a quote and he never showed. He finally called and said that he wasn't going to be able to make it.

We met with two company's. the first not to call them out but promised to "save us alot of money". came to our house and we felt like we were being pitched ny a used car salesman. he kept writing price down and sliding them accross the table. then at the end he told us we had to sign tonight other wise the price goes back up to the frist price which was double the sign now price.... The windows are great, but the installers were terrible. We told them everything about all the windows. They came out and measured. There were some nicks on some of the walls where they carried the windows. However, what really upset me was when we changed our kitchen window into a garden window. It was like a $2500 window. What they neglected to tell me when they showed me that window was that, they would have to pull off the window facing. They also never told me that my window facing may or may not fit back and it didn?t.... read more

The staff was nice and the sales went fine. The windows didn?t arrive when they said they would arrive. The installation sucked and they did not finish because they forgot to put the plugs in the windows. I was not happy. I have talked to them and they are going to give me new screens.

While the vendor appeared to offer a quality product and it was well shown, the salesperson who visited our home to do the quote for the product used extremely high pressure tactics to attempt to make the sale on the spot. Though I repeatedly stated that I would not make a decision without reviewing the information with my partner, the salesperson continued to use the tired gimmick that the deal he was offering just might not be available by the time I was able to get back with him.
