Gutters leaked and had to call them back to put on the guards it took my son taken a picture of no guards to get them out and the pit screeydoor on backwards and took several tries to get that fixed and leaking gutters I ended up have a contractor in the neighborhood to fix 'most repair took army year to get fixed
Beware of Champion Windows!! Upon making appointment with Champion Windows the person scheduling the appointment almost demanded that I and my wife be home when the representative visits. Made 3 PM appointment for Saturday July 8th. Day before the appointment I received a confirmation call from Champion Windows for the 3 PM appointment. On Saturday I was running some other errands. Still waiting to have repairs done.
The painter came out and he wasn’t professional. He didn’t come with no ladder. I had to give him a step stool. He wanted to hurry and get out of here because it was his birthday. He had to go to the store and get the paint and come back. He did call and said he was coming which was good but when he got here I said where is your ladder he said he didn’t bring one because he didn’t thought it would be that high. He had to look at the wall first before he can go to Home Depot and come back and paint.
They have done it 2 different times, one was about 6 months ago and one was 2 years ago.
The owner came out, he was friendly but we never received the quote. If the job was too small or difficult I would have appreciated that information upfront as opposed to being told we would receive a quote and then never hearing back.
Nothing happened.
