I am very disappointed with the product and workmanship that I received.
The product is very good, but it is questionable as to what they will leave you with after the installation. The communication between Champion and the customer is very poor.
Estimate appointment was too long. We had decided to go with another company. Our salesman kept wanting our business so was going back and forth on price with a manager until we agreed on price. Did not realize that Champion out-sourced their installers. Ours were very courteous and did their best. Our daughter and son-in-law recommended Champion and they were to receive a referral check a couple weeks after our final payment. It was almost 3 months later after contacting our salesman then finally called the office which too... read more
I was told at time of sale the type of door I bought was suppose to close its self do to a code. Of course when it was put in the installer had no clue that any of their doors did that..
Very dissatisfied with the job. I do not recommend Champion.
