The windows were perfect. But the installation manager was a no show twice. I stayed home from work on two separate days and no one showed up. I was later told that they didn't come because it was cold and rainy. However I never got a call and I lost money by not going to work. When I spoke to the manager he was extremely unprofessional acting as if my time didn't matter and they would get to me when they could. Also I didn't receive an apology for the no show. Months after install we are still waiting for the job to be completed. A sash damaged at install is still damaged with no sign of a resolution and no contact from Champion.
Champion Windows of Ft. Worth does a good job, but it could take up to 3 months for your installation to actually occur. If you want any information about scheduling, etc, you will most likely be the one that has to take the initiative and time to contact the company to find out.
The price was too high.
I wish they Champion stood behind their word and gave me100% being a first-time consumer versus making this a nightmare, this is a 4-month nightmare. They have done nothing to accommodate messging up my first time order.
