The quality of the Champion products is superior in our books. They are everything we were looking for. The installation crew was totally awesome and went above and beyond. However, make sure you get a sales person who is really interested in you having a positive experience as much as he is interested in his commission. That was our only mistake in choosing Champion.

Champion Windows of Ft. Worth has very poor workmanship and they are unprofessional. They don't do things in a timely manner and they are overpriced. We are still not satisfied with everything.

The salesperson from Champion was professional and did a fabulous job of making me ready for the purchase. Unfortunately, the installation crew did everything to ruin the experience for me.

I am dissatisfied. I would like someone from the upper offices of Champion to call me. I am having a problem with this. It's been two weeks and the job is not finished. It's hard to talk about.
