Our dealings with Champion were very frustrating, time consuming, and we stayed angry the whole time. We feel we were treated very poorly. They continually had excuses ie: "personnel issues, materials didn't come in, etc). We had to make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and to the corporate office in Ohio. And at one point asked for our money back so we could hire a company to finish the job

My wife and I went with Champion because we expected one of the big boys to get the job done quickly and right with quality products. While we may have receive good product the price we paid was way too much, especially considering the time it took for them to start the project, months after the 6-8 weeks expected. I signed a contract in June and finished up with them in November. This project took for ever since the salesman didn't follow up with our HOA as he had promised.Odd step over to get out the door; wasn't expecting to have one since our last home didn't have one.

My experience was initially terrible. There was no communication from anyone in the company until I contacted the district manager.
