I still have five windows to be completed, but based on the first installation Champion Windows will have to do something really good to in order for them to complete my windows.
I will not recommend Champion Windows. I am not satisfied.
When they put the ladder up on the side of my house they scratched the walls.
I would not recommend to anyone. Seems like they took the job and then realized they could not deliver as promised. A 4 day project took 14 days. I needed to call the Corporate Office in Ohio before I received attention to address my issues.
The installers did a few nicks on the window seal that needs to be fixed.
Not entirely pleased with the process.
The Good: Champion salesman was professional, windows arrived in the timeframe stated.The Bad: Installation crew planned on the job taking two days. By noon the first day the crew had already installed ½ of the windows and departed for the rest of the day. The following morning (day 2) the crew arrived on time stating they would be finished around noon. At 8:00 PM the crew was still there. It was getting dark so they quit for the day.
