I learned that I will NEVER deal with a "big box store" company again. I will hire local companies. If asked, I will not recommend your company to anyone and more than likely discourage them from using you. The disconnect from the sales portion to the install portion was remarkable. You subbed out the install to "hacks" that have no business doing a project of this size. Worst costumer service EVER! Sun contractors damaged my floors and no one is accountable. My floors remain damaged because both insurance refuse to take accountability for their contractors fault. Stay away from this company. Look at the Google review and BBB.

Champion's prices are on the high end. The storm door we thought was being made by Champion turned out to be a Larson made door. Their brochure states Champion Storm Doors" protection from the elements with a Champion storm door". The Champion price for a Larson storm door is very over priced.

What was supposed to be a stressless experience by hiring a company to build our sunroom turned into a stressful process. We signed our contract in June 2022, and it wasn't finished until late July 2023. We had asked for more communication about our project but were left disappointed. We called customer service many times to try to initiate the communication we were looking for, as well as to fix problem areas.
