One of windows we ordered was made incorrectly. Champion told us they would put a rush replacement window. That was on June 1 - as of August 24, we have not received any response or follow ups from them. I have called them a number of times (approx. 4-5 times), but no one has ever called me back.

The lack of customer service follow the sale was awful! Not all the windows were delivered properly. The installers did a lot of damage to my property around the windows that I now have to have fixed. The calking around some of the windows on the inside does not look good, ^ out of 11 sashes needed to be reordered and will have to be replaced because they are wrong and no one noticed it before I did after they were installed!
