The lack of customer service follow the sale was awful! Not all the windows were delivered properly. The installers did a lot of damage to my property around the windows that I now have to have fixed. The calking around some of the windows on the inside does not look good, ^ out of 11 sashes needed to be reordered and will have to be replaced because they are wrong and no one noticed it before I did after they were installed!
The communication and disconnect between the doors and windows has been completely unacceptable.
Was told there are no technicians to help with our issue.
During my window installation it was discovered that a large custom window was not built to the measurements and would have to be remanufactured. The installer said he would tell the project manager when he came by at lunchtime. I was told that the PM put a rush order on the replacement window and it would be here in 2-3 weeks. I never met the individual who placed the order and had no information about it or who to contact.
