As of right now we have some unsolved issues so until they are fixed I will not recommend them. And If we don’t hear soon, I will be leaving negative feedback everywhere. Frustrating.
We waited an extremely long time to get our order. Then the screen door was the WRONG size for the door. The installers left without finishing the threshold build up with the guarantee that someone would be back to finish the buildup. It has been TWO MONTHS, and this has not occurred nor has there been ANY contact to setup a finishing appointment. I am handicapped, I cannot use this door until the buildup has been completed or it will destroy the door. We have specifically left multiple messages for the installer Todd @ 763-... read more
They are very, very expensive.
Job is not complete, and I have called 5 times in 8 days and no one will return my call!
I expected more communication to start the project. I had to initiate the phone calls when the timeline was getting close, and they weren't giving me any information.
We were quoted 12-14 weeks from order to install. Took an extra 10-11 weeks to get installed after arrived. No phone calls returned or called back until BBB complaint filed. Install was done but install guy took a huge 20 minute poop, 45 minutes into the install. Installers swore at each other the whole time and smoked. Yelling was towards each other like put downs made the younger workers go faster. Did not clean or wipe windows after done. There was black scrapes and dirt on the white casings. Very unprofessional
