I would describe my experience (see below) and encourage them to shop around, ask difficult questions, and read and document everything.
Project was out of contract. I could of had the job done much earlier with other companies and for less money. No senior discount. Can't recommend because of the cost. Would recommend the product.
They made a false estimate. Now I am paying more than what I was supposed to be paying. I don't think they are energy reducing. It does not block the air coming in. You have to use more heat.
Ordered windows 7 months ago. After several delays, 3 different installation teams came out. Some windows had to be reordered and then the reordered and installed windows were wrong. Had wall damaged in the house due to installer falling off ladder. Has not been resolved, still waiting on replacement windows and original screens. Contact is inconsistent with response times, if any response at all. Very frustrating.
