Still waiting on my doors was told 6 to 8 weeks now told more like 20 weeks. Very up set about that!!

One window was installed in the wrong spot and had to be torn out and moved again. Had to have them out three times to get it right. Also my big picture window was missing pieces that kept the middle locked in place and installers didn’t even know about them. Also the screens currently on my windows are junk there is a 1/4” gap between the screen frame and window. Wouldn’t recommend especially for the price payed.

I have consistently recommended Champion Windows For over 20 years to my clients. When it was time that I could afford the "best" windows in town I did not hesitate. The process was easy. The Service after installation was a Failure. I have waited several months patiently for issues to be resolved. I waited to fill out this survey. I'm very disappointed with the follow up to the issues. The service MANAGER has NEVER followed thru with my issue and or communicated what is the next step would be. I bought a storm door that was misrepresented. I told him what I wanted, and I assumed there was a lock on the door, and when I got the door there was no lock, it doesn't fit the door frame, and it's hard to open. I'm still waiting for them to come fix it.

The entire experience was a nightmare. The salesman continued to push even after I told him the price was too high. They sent subcontractors to do the work, even though I was assured that Champion Windows does not use middle men. The subcontractors showed up late and did shoddy work. I called Champion to report the sloppy work and they sent their own crew to fix the work. All of the windows had to be redone, which took 4 days. The final result is nice, so I hope the windows last because the process was a nightmare.
