The workmanship left a lot to be desired.
They were several issues with windows being measured and manufactured incorrectly. Poor follow-up and response. I should have chosen another window company.
I cannot recommend Champion Windows of Toledo to anyone. Material used is of high quality and installers were very professional. Where the project went to hell was dealing with Champion Management both locally and corporate. Communications with both locations SUCKS. Was told up front that construction wouldn't start until early December. Was notified early December your company was running behind schedule due to Covid 19.
