Communication was absolutely horrible. Had to harass to find out any information and people I was told to call never answered.

My custom door is too tall for the clear opening. Champion sent the same installer back out. The installer advised me that I should "just live with it" and to paint the framing header that is now exposed and cannot be covered with trim due to the door slab being too tall to clear the header trim.

After the contract was signed and the initial payment was made, the process fell apart. The salesman had no idea of what he was doing, but the spiel he provided in my home was outstanding. The follow-up was not. Any contact I managed to make with him was met with unprofessional rudeness. He would become very defensive and did not take any accountability for the lack of movement to get my 3-season room completed.
