Management at Champions is disgraceful! No communication! The only time I got any information was when I made support operators escalate. And when I was given information it was bad or wrong. Felt like I was lied to. Multiple installation managers never contacted me. Area, regional and district managers ignored all escalations from their support operators. New quote MARCH 2021. In 2016. I had one window and patio door replaced. Good quality product, but when I needed to have a defective door handle replaced---it took a long time for someone to respond. March of 2021 I had a Champion salesman come to give me a quote on my remaining 8 windows. They were having a sale of buy two and get two free. Sales and installation were polite and professional but service and warranty will not respond to resolve faulty window and required repairs from installation.
The windows were not leveled when first put and the doors were ordered last Feb, were installed last week, and the windows are cheap and as cheap they can be, and in the bay window was ordered in February and it was put last month.
Customer Service was terrible
I definitely would not go with Champion Windows.
