Luxury at an Affordable Price Close to shops and restaurants, but far enough away that the traffic in this area is pretty light. Spacious apartments and beautiful landscaping on the entire property. Luxurious pool and comfy lounge areas are just the icing on the cake here. Highly recommend!
My Personal Getaway Chancery Village is home for me. My apartment is well built, spacious, and makes me feel like I live a luxurious life. Great location, minutes from great restaurants and shopping. I love having access to the gym 24/7 and the pool and lounge areas make me feel like I am at a resort. The staff here have been very caring and helpful. Highly recommend!
Modern and Super Convenient My fiance and I moved here in March and we love our apartment. Our two bedroom is very spacious, it has a heater fireplace feature in the living room, new appliances, washer and dryer came with the unit, and a very nice patio. Even the walkways and stairs are pretty! The location is the most convenient of all of the apartments around RTP, there's a Sheetz right on the other side of the street that serves food 24 hours, and two 24 hour Harris Teeters within 3 miles, which is great as we work 3rd sh... read more
Bait and switch I am reviewing this property based on my application experience. With many local apartment complexes, the rental fees can change day to day. During my process, I was told a rental amount during the day and if I applied that evening the rent amount would be honored (this was based on a much lower amount a day or two before). I applied online with a much higher rent "lock-in", the next day I was told that the rent would be that higher amount and the previous "guaranteed" amount was not honored.
