It?s a good... (Verified Renter) It?s a good place to live but for what we pay monthly, I somehow expect more in the way of safety and amenities. We have had several car break ins in the year and a half that I have resided in the community. A stronger partnership with Cary PD would be great. A better noise complaint system would also be great. I shouldn?t have wait on baited breath to see if a police officer is going to take my side verses my noisy neighbor.
Staff is great.... (Verified Renter) Staff is great. Bryan, Daniel and another guy were all involved in solving multiple issues that I had sort of saved up. Nothing horrible but all resolved quickly.

The leasing office... (Verified Renter) The leasing office staff is very friendly, the services are very good. The gym here is much better compared to other communities. the car wash is an add on. Immediate response to any service request.
