It's not really... (Verified Renter) It's not really what I'd call a great location. Just okay. Neighborhood seems quiet, but I wouldn't say very "home-y". Even the office didn't seem extremely inviting. Which is disappointing because the apartments seemed beautiful. If i chose to live here, I'd probably try to avoid going to the office.
There was nothing... (Verified Renter) There was nothing special about dropping off a trash can. However, the office staff is wonderful and influences my likelihood greatly.
I would describe... (Verified Renter) I would describe it as a typical apartment. I can hear the people above me. The finishes in the apartment are just average.
It?s a good... (Verified Renter) It?s a good place to live but for what we pay monthly, I somehow expect more in the way of safety and amenities. We have had several car break ins in the year and a half that I have resided in the community. A stronger partnership with Cary PD would be great. A better noise complaint system would also be great. I shouldn?t have wait on baited breath to see if a police officer is going to take my side verses my noisy neighbor.
