Not worth the price This place is not worth the high rent. There are way too many huge roaches the size of an adult thumb running around. The whole complex is infested with them. The walls are paper thin and the customer service is poor. After I finally left, I was promised my deposit and still haven't received it after more than 3 months. If you're seeing a lot of great reviews on this place, they're more than likely paid for or fake.

Only reason i... (Verified Renter) Only reason i Would not recommend because apartment is not updated and no elevator for third floor apartments.
With the trash... (Verified Renter) With the trash mounting in the parking lot, maintenance men quitting, office personnel leaving in mass, and apartments not being cleaned, it would appear that this place is not going to be somewhere anyone would want to at in a year.
The rent is... (Verified Renter) The rent is extremely high considering the amount of space and area. There are always car robberies and break ins. I live directly beside the road and it?s very noisy day and night, I personally think I pay way to much to have to hear that all the time. Also my water bill is $100.00 a month and I?ve lived in a townhouse the same size and only paid between $40-$50 EVERY OTHER MONTH it is extremely high for a water bill.
