The community is... (Verified Renter) The community is a good place to live in and i wish that the simpson management team could make it affordable for renters's to renew their lease due to continued hike in annual lease rate that keeps going up year after year.
The leasing consultant,... (Verified Renter) The leasing consultant, Chelsea was super sweet and easy to talk to! The only thing that would deter me from renting here is how far it is from where I usually do things/work.

The only reason... (Verified Renter) The only reason I would not recommend this community is the new speedbumps they put in are just little too high. This bothers me immensely. I agree they were needed because my rare corvette was almost whacked by people flying around the area. But just a little too extreme on the height side of things. That's the only negative thing I would have to say about it. Although not many people drive antique sports cars or sports cars that i know of so... yeah
