Good community. Maintenance... (Verified Renter) Good community. Maintenance is awesome. Staff is friendly and tries to do community friendly things. Unfortunately the apartments are in need of some upgrades to support the cost.

I would not recomend this communitity due to the following: lack of response from office staff, office staff does not know who I am after many times of coming in to speak with them, office staff was quick to place blame on myself after a situation with a neighbor.
Several break ins... (Verified Renter) Several break ins have happened, and lease goes up every year. However I love my location of my apartment and I absolutely love my kitchen table/aisle.
