beautiful campus. very friendly staff. [name removed] is very knowledgeable, caring, and takes a personal interest in all the residents and the families. The culture is "family" and everyone, staff, visitors, residents.

We chose Charter Senior Living because it fit her specific needs at the time. She is thrilled with the food and the activities that are provided. The room we chose for her is wonderful, she has a patio to a courtyard which she really loves. She is in the studio and it has a very open floorplan. The facility is smaller which is nice because she can never get lost. The people here are stellar and go above and beyond. We would recommend to others.

From what our loved one has told us, the meals and dining service is pretty good. A really good benefit about Charter is it a single story, its easily accessible and the residents do not have to navigate elevators. For everything you are getting we do feel the value for cost is reasonable, and we would absolutely recommend this community to others.

We were able to do an in person tour and the community seemed really good, but it was an older establishment. It was did not really feel upbeat, and we noticed on the tour it did not have a big stimulating environment.

Our loved one immediately fell in love with Charter Senior Living, and so far she has had no complaints about the food. She says there are always activities to participate in, and there is something going on each day. She is very happy there so we are very happy with our decision.

I toured Charter Senior Living and it just seemed like the facility was more depressing than some others we saw. It was not going to be the right fit for us

I'm satisfied with Charter overall. Compared to other places we visited, I like they way they talk to the residents here. They talk to them like human beings and really seem concerned about them. I know that my loved one is safe, being fed three meals a day, and has a warm place to sleep. I wish I could continue to care for him myself, but I have peace of mind and can sleep at night knowing that he's well cared for here. The care does depend on what day you go and which caregivers are there. Some are so much better than othe... read more

[name removed] was nice and helpful. Due to the pandemic it made it difficult to see our loved one. The did a good job, and I would recommend this community to others. The communication was good with the staff.

The two bedroom, two bath villas are very comfortable and convenient to many restaurants, drugstores, grocery stores, etc. Also, many medical facilities are in close proximity. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The meals are OK and included in the rent. Visitors are welcomed for lunch as well.
