We picked this facility, because it was a small community and Mother could bring her cat. They are responsive and resident focused. They offer, a salon onsite, tons of activities of all kinds. Something for everyone. I would recommend to other families.

I think the way the food is presented and served is good. It appears that there are several activities available for the residents to participate in, and the staff seem to try to engage the residents in the activities. The nurse on the night shift is very hard to understand when speaking to the family on the phone.

The entire staff treats the residents, especially the ones in the memory care unit, like it was their own mom and dad. They really take good care of them. The facility is great. I don't have anything I would say they need to improve on.
The staff is very friendly and personable and make an effort to get to know the residents as well as their family members to make it more of a home like experience. I think that is very important. I would absolutely recommend Charter to others looking.
They are wonderful people at this community. They are very caring and they have made the transition with my loved one much easier. The tour was wonderful, they were very accommodating, very warm and open with me and they made it a great experience for me. I would refer other people to this community also. There are also nursing staff available for the residents all the time which helps.
Wonderful community with fantastic nurses.
I would advise to be patient with this community and hopefully things will improved staffing is the biggest issue.
I have 2 loved ones living in this community currently. After living in a different facilities last year we found the perfect fit for them. The marketing director [name removed] spent hours helping me navigate the ins and out's of senior living communities. From the director to the care givers we have been so impressed with those Caring for our loved ones! Couldn't say enough about [name removed], my grandmothers favorite Care giver and her favorite nurse [name removed].
Very excited for my father-in-law to join the Charter Hermitage family. We are looking forward to having him closer to us and at a wonderful Small AL community in our neighborhood. Donna did a great job working with us to get us to this point and [name removed] was able to make the paperwork understandable and informative.
