Our family's experience here was very difficult. Even with extra support, our loved one did not receive the level of safety and care we expected. The outcome was heartbreaking, and we feel that the most basic responsibility-to keep residents safe-was not met. Families considering this place should ask direct questions and look beyond appearances.

Business response:

We are deeply sorry to hear that your family’s experience with us did not meet your expectations. We understand how emotional and challenging it can be when a loved one needs support, and we know the trust families place in us is significant. Our team worked hard to provide care tailored to your loved one’s needs, and while we are saddened that the experience was not what you hoped for, please know that the safety, dignity, and well-being of our residents remain our highest priority. We value feedback as it helps us grow and... read more

I wouldn't send anyone to this facility that has any level of mental decline. Their administrative staff are liars, and they fully refunded [name removed] move-in fee after being caught in lies multiple times. I wouldn't drop my garbage off at this place. The care staff were nice, but they were unable to provide [name removed] the care that was promised that would help him thrive as someone with cognitive issues.

Best thing going for this place is the smallness and one level. They do not monitor what they eat. Residents are given a menu in the morning to pick for tomorrow. Do not have a diabetic or congestive heart failure choices. Management - where to I begin. Just do not do it - go elsewhere. They want your business but not the task of educating the resident and family members how things work. Noone is really sure what the left hand or right hand is doing. On my moms move in day she had to be there at 1pm - not sure why. I thought... read more

I wouldn't drop my garbage off here for them to take care of! Everyone was incredible and then they took our money! Fed my diabetic father cupcakes. Found mounds of soiled clothes hidden in his closet and when confronting the staff, suddenly, things got worse. He was there for 3 weeks, they took [amount removed] from us and are now suing us for another[amount removed]. There will be more to come... I gave them weeks to return the money and the director who was previously a CULINARY director was let go (no surprise) They clai... read more

This community has awful care givers. They speak to Alz and Dementia patients with such anger. My dads closet was full of used depends and soiled clothing. His sugar levels were emergency levels! This even being a diabetic as well. My dads health quickly declined here. He didnt last long at all. This community also owes we over 3k in refunds and they refuse to return calls. Leadership refuses to return calls when your express concern. They will ship your loved ones out in an ambulance vs giving them the care they need in the... read more

The new property Director is terrific (he has his work cut out for him). The Sales Manager will be your friend right up until you sign the dotted line then no more return calls. Took my mom to see if there was interest in the community. We decided not at the time (I was working with her drs. because of her worry issues). I let the lady filling in for the sales person know that I was her POA. We left and I took her home. Another resident called her and put the guilt trip. So she went to the office with her and had my mom sign... read more
