I would highly recommend Charter to anyone. Everyone there has been amazing and so helpful with my brother. They are amazing

I like how friendly people are. When there is an issue they try to address it promptly. They have a system where my dad picks out ideas he wants for his meal the next day. He doesn't always get what he's requested. At times it's hit and miss. Overall though I feel that they do a very good job here and care about the people who live her. This means a lot

A 5 for every category. The facilities, medical and ancillary staff were all amazing! The staff treated my Mother in law like family. They were very compassionate.

Staff and nurses were all very friendly, welcoming, and informative. Communication was excellent and they a great job coordinating two adult seniors, one with a terminal brain cancer and the other with Parkinson's with dementia. Plus their cat. They treated them with great care and informed us of everything along the way, including a transition from a regular room, to separate beds, and eventually to memory care where my mother spent her final days with hospice. They are caring and very involved and my dad's care. Always accessible. [name removed] and [name removed] were so welcoming. I would highly recommend charter and a place for mom!!

The care my Mother in law received was wonderful. The staff was so friendly, they went above and beyond every shift. The food was delicious with a great variety. They frequently emptied the garbage and kept the facility very clean. They have a lot of activities for the residents. I highly recommend Charter to care for your loved one.

My husband was there. He had some dementia and they kept sending him to the ER when he wouldn't cooperate. And he then wound up in a psychiatric hospital. Several times. Too many personal items disappeared. Constant turnover of staff. Promised snacks not always provided. Food however was very good; especially the choice of entrees presented at each meal. Courtyard outside had no shade.
We toured Charter Senior Living of Hermitage when searching for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. The residents and staff were friendly. However, it was more expensive than our other top choice and the rooms seemed to be about the same size. Ultimately, my loved one chose the other facility that we had looked at/toured.
