My loved one is in the memory care unit. We searched and searched until it just felt right and when toured for the first time we felt as if we were sitting down with family talking about choices for our mom. I come at varies times. I visit my loved one often. The place is very clean. The staff seem to be happy and care about their patients. I love coming to the family events that are held. I am so happy that we chose Chesapeake Place for our mom. She is so happy and she is allowed to be herself. The staff there are kind. It is always clean there s never a smell. The activity department is awesome they go out to different activity events and we are able to go with her if we choose. We are able to reserve the bistro when needed for private family events.
The facility was clean and seemed comfortable. Staff was friendly. Seemed liked it would meet the needs if my husband.
I am no longer searching for care. My 94 year old father is not doing well and I did not visit this facility. I must say the contact at this facility was very informative and helpful.
My family is so happy with Chesapeake Place! We have toured several facilities and this is the community for us. Mom is happy, the staff are great with her and she really enjoyed the steak and shrimp lunch (the lasagna is her second favorite)!
At a this time very pleased. My sister seems happy with the facility. The only conflict is that I was under the impression that transportation to doctors appointments would be done by the facility. ( with notification in advance and with in a close range.). At this time I am not sure they have a transportation person. Again, at this time pleased.
I made an appointment for a tour. I got to see the community and nothing was wrong with it. I thought it would have been fine for us.
I like the way that this community is caring and the staff are very nice. The meals are outstanding. The activiites are great and she does alot of them to help keep her active. I do recommend this wonderful and clean community for families to consider for great care and value.
This is a pretty nice community, and my tour of it went well. Everyone was friendly, and kind to my family, and myself. It was a nice experience. The staff was kind, and answered all my questions. The community looked nice. Everything was nice, and clean. I did not have any problems during my tour of this community, all went well.
