I had 6 windows replaced by Chicago Window Guys, customer service was excellent, they answered my questions same day. The installation went smooth and installer answered my questions and was very professional. I had interviewed other companies but they only did window inserts. My new windows were complete replacement. I dont hear the cars driving by, my installation was Aug 2026, my home is cooler and the windows panes are not hot. I received a great price. I highly recommend them.
**** came out to my place, walked around and then provided his estimate which was fair. Having to deal with an HOA's approval, **** understood and we finally were granted approval.I am absolutely happy with my new windows, patio door and front screen door! I had all 9 double hung windows, 1 patio door replaced and always wanted a screen front door. The 2 man crew did all of this in one day! (A hot day in July might I add).
