Excellent service!! We had several estimates and Chicago Window Guys were the best. They also were very timely with installation. We would highly recommend them.
I was very impressed by the value and quality of the work done by Chicago Window Guys. Russ was a pleasure to work with and was ready and willing to answer any and all questions I had. He gave references for me to check with who were all happy with the work, as well as some addresses to check out the windows on. All very nice work. From what I can see, you get a very well built window for well under the price you will get from some of the big names out there.
We love working with Chicago window guys- the owner is very easy to talk to and straight forward. The price that is presented is a fair price and it is the price from the start, there are none of the sales tactics, like the “sales” or “discounts” that other companies try to sell you on. I had a great experience with Chicago Window Guys. From their first visit to my home to the installation, everything happened as I was told it would. Their pricing was more advantageous than other contractors who visited my home, their installer cleaned up after himself and was careful to not to leave any mess behind. We wanted to replace a number of three-panel casement windows and the owner suggested a sliding option that looked the same at a much lower cost. We liked the sliding option much better in term of operation and maintenance as well. They know their windows for sure! We have black finish on one side of the vinyl and white finish on the other. April 26 2022 we are Deerfield residents for 70 years. We had our windows just redone by Chicago Window Guys for the first time in 45 years. Naturally the transition was something we weren’t really looking forward to. But the work was as high quality as it could possibly be and the people who did the work even higher quality. I went with CWG.com for installation of a new bow window and 6 smaller double hung. Russ was great to work with and his pricing was well below the other well known guys. It took a little longer than planned with the manufacturing of the windows , but that was true for every trade during 2021. Install guys were very professional and did a great job from start to finish. Overall very happy with our new windows
I am thrilled with new windows and doors from the Chicago Window Guys. Russ Armstrong came out and gave estimate. Windows were ordered. Installation date was set. Installers came on scheduled day and did a great job installing 8 windows, 2 entry doors and sliding glass doors. Finished in 1 day. Outstanding service throughout the process.
