Chicago Window Guys were prompt in responding to my inquiry, waited for me when I was late for the estimate, gave me a quote on the spot, scheduled my measuring and install immediately, and called when they had an opening well in advance of my target install date. Installation team (not outsourced) was on time, clean, and installed just under 20 windows in a day. Cost matched estimate. A+ service all around. Windows are beautiful!

Love working with Chicago window guys! The first meeting was simple, no scammy sales tactics, it was quick and efficient. The owner is open to doing a few windows at a time, which is helpful when doing such a big project. This is the second time we have used them for a batch of new windows. The scheduling is easy, they show up on time, complete the work within a day and clean up after themselves. All of our new windows look great but we especially love our big picture window!
I went with CWG.com for installation of a new bow window and 6 smaller double hung. **** was great to work with and his pricing was well below the other well known guys. It took a little longer than planned with the manufacturing of the windows , but that was true for every trade during 2021. Install guys were very professional and did a great job from start to finish.Overall very happy with our new windows
Chicago Window Guys were excellent throughout the whole process. **** came out and gave an estimate. Ordered windows and doors. Install was scheduled. Installers came on scheduled day and did an awesome job of installing 8 windows, 2 entry doors, and sliding glass doors. Finished in 1 day. I highly recommend Chicago Window Guys.

Excellent experience. I called them because I didn't trust the "2 for 1" guys on TV. Quote was about half of what I was expecting. Installation was my second hesitation, didn't want to live in a mess. Surprised on that as well. Installation went seamlessly, clean and done under a day. When they left there was no sign they had been here except nice new windows! Recommend without hesitation.
This was our second time using the Chicago Window ************ Everything was simple for us, from the quote process, scheduling, and day of install. Someone from his office called to set up the install, the employees were punctual, professional, and worked efficiently to tear out the old and install the new. We are thrilled with the product and would highly recommend. The windows brighten up the room, the fold-in cranks are a huge plus, and the finish/trim work was very good.
From our initial call to the installation last Saturday of our front picture window, we have nothing but great things to say about the Chicago Windows Guys. Everyone involved from ****, to the measurers, to the office schedulers, and installers, are true professionals. I have recommended them to neighbors and friends. Don't be mislead by commercials that claim they are "local". When the owner of the company comes out on the 4th of July to go over the details and pricing, now that's local service at it's best.
