The quality of work was great the fit and finish of the product was great the windows reall up dated the look of my house and the install was quick it took only one day to install 1 sliding glass door and 7 regular windows 1 big bay window and a double window

We just had all the windows in our house installed by Chicago Window Guys and were very satisfied with the work they did. The windows are perfect and the team who installed them were professional, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves both days they were here. I would definitely recommend this company. The price was very fair and we are extremely happy we went with this company for our windows.
Great start but after about 1.5 years, there is leakage in some windows/sliding doors.
Nice widows, terrible customer service.I ordered ********************* on Aug 23, 2021. I was verbally told that they would be **** weeks multiple times, but then was handed a contract that indicated 12 weeks for delivery, on Nov 15.The 12 weeks passed and I heard nothing from the company. One phone call or message saying "supply chain issues, staffing issues, pandemic issues, etc.," I would be understanding and I would have no complaint.
