We love Chicago Window Guys and the owner Russ Armstrong who came out to give us a quote. They did such a great job on the 3-panned and 2-panel patio doors that we had them back out for the bay windows in our dining room. Both installations took less than one day. The guys were efficient, friendly, and cleaned up afterwards. These are superior windows! Our energy bill has gone down and we will have them replace the remaining windows in our home over the next year or two.
Quote was done in the same day of initial visit. Measuring occurred as promised when I was available. Door was done very quickly. Installation was done professionally. I asked Russ from the Chicago Window guys to quote on 12 basement windows at our church. I knew their product would be a vast upgrade from the old, metal single panes that have been there for decades, but I did not expect such a transformation! The price was so much lower than some of the bigger names. The install crew worked so hard, and completed the job in a single day. This is one very highly professional company. Both Mr. Armstrong and his crew(s) were outstanding. I have had several windows and doors replaced in my home over the last 2 years. Each time they have come to my house, they were quick, clean, and very polite. Even other family members of mine have had their windows replaced. I would like to thank the Chicago Window Guys for all that they have done, even during the times we are all going through.

After having vetted two companies and chosen one, we were shocked to discover the windows installed in our home by the other company were installed in an upside down pattern that the other company refused to correct their error!
