I bought my home through Chris in 2010, refinanced to a lower interest rate in 2011, and converted my FHA to a conventional loan most recently when I had enough equity to be rid of the very costly PMI that FHA required. Chris has always been patient and helpful, guiding me and answering all my questions. I recommended him to my own daughter and many of my friends, all with success.
