Chris Hill and his staff were absolutely great to work with throughout the whole loan process when I purchased my first home several years ago. In fact, I enjoyed working with them so much that I refinanced my house in 2016 using NW Capital Mortgage. Chris and his great team took the time to answer my many questions. We were under pressure to get everything turned around in in very short amount of time and they worked very hard to make that possible, for which I am VERY grateful!
I tried using my original mortgage person first and they were unable to even get me refinanced. Chris was able to not only get my loan done and get some cash back but also lowered my interest rate as well. He was recommended to me by a friend that used him and he worked wonders on his loan as well.
Chris and his team were great. Anytime I had a question they were easy to get a hold of and if they didn't know the answer right away they were very quick in finding out.
