We decided to try refinancing the house and contacted three brokers via the web on a Sunday afternoon. The others emailed and set appointments for later in the week. Chris called that same day and talked with us for more than an hour about our home and our reasons for refinancing. A year before, we had tried to refinance through a big box bank. I've used Chris twice now, once for my initial mortgage and once for a refi. Both times Chris took the time to explain everything and guide me through the process. Every time I called with questions Chris answered the phone and was ready to help. Chris has been so good to work with that I've even recommended him four times to family and friends. In my opinion Chris Hill sets the standard for mortgage brokers. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!

We loved how patient Chris was explaining everything. He was alway available whenever we had questions, never missing a call. After we closed he answered questions we had, and we closed early!

Chris Hill kept us totally informed, advised us how to get the best rate. Kept in touch with us about any changes or the process as we went along so no surprises at the closing.
