I found Chris to be thoroughly knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the entire mortgage qualifying and obtaining process - a real mystery to a noivce like myself. He knew the answers or where to find them for my many questions and was efficient in the extreme in getting it all to come together in a month. He was professional but personable, so a real pleasure to deal with him thoroughout this process.

Chris and his staff were phenomenal to work with! Even when we had an issue with another seller's home (that we got bumped on) Chris took our call from out of town, late at night, and responded back to us promptly and favorably. Even when we were in Mexico on vacation Chris communicated with us with updates on the process. Chris is my go to guy for my rentals when it comes to finance. He did my very first rental a few years ago, and he's done my latest one here just last week. He is always available, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to offer advice when I asked his opinions on what was the best way to go.
