If you are looking for a lender and you want responsiveness, professionalism and quality service then Chris and his team are who you are looking for. My refinance was tough, really tough, yet Chris was able to make my refinance happen when other lenders had told me that it was impossible. I started off my home purchase with another mortgage company and it fell through during escrow. I am indebted to Chris for getting my purchase to happen even when the other company dropped the ball on me. My first home purchase went as smoothly as possible once I switched over to him! The process was quick...about 3 weeks....and seamless. Our most recent transaction, in April 2015, was a bit more complicated. We did a 30-year fixed VA on a piece of land with two homes.
