We were buying a house in Vancouver while living in Los Angeles. It is not an easy thing to do, but Chris made it possible. He was so helpful! We went with him originally because someone in his office actually responded to my email late on 7/3! Chris did what it took to get us a mortgage, even though it meant sometimes coming in on Saturday (when we ended up actually in Vancouver).
