He always goes the extra mile and makes sure all your questions are answered, everything is done correctly, and everything is done best for your particular situation. Chris and his team did our entire refi over the phone and through email. While I am normally a face-to-face person, the process was easy and painless. A secure email box was used to share documents which was also easier than expected and also allowed digital signatures. Everything was straightforward and there were no surprises.
