This man is the absolute best realtor I've ever dealt with. He has the most patience understanding knowledge commitment. I've never doubt what somebody like this ever. James was very patient, flexible, considerate, and knowledgeable. He showed us 10 houses a day on multiple weekends. He counseled us through two out-of-the-norm bidding processes and the eventual purchase. We will use him again and again.
