Jill was very responsive and very friendly. Unfortunately she had so many opinions on all the houses we saw, and voiced them all throughout our viewings (what she thought was a big deal, what she thought was ugly or out of style). Matt Farrow is the most incredible agent we've ever had. He took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home for our needs. While looking at homes, he evaluated each as if he was going to purchase the home himself, pointing out any problems he could detect with houses we viewed, rather than overlooking problems like others we have met. Michael was GREAT. I am naturally distrustful of salespeople. Michael however was honest, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, listened to our wants (and dreams). He offered suggestions and even pointed out defects in houses we were shown so we entered with our eyes open. No hidden surprises.
