James was absolutely who we needed when looking into buying in a city we were moving to. He was patient, knowledgeable, and honest when we needed it. We never felt pressured or hurried. We were so pleased to work with Harrison. He was always available to show us houses even when we would call on a house at the last minute. His response was always, “I can meet you there in 30 minutes.” We were looking in a specific house, yard, area for over 6 months and he never gave up on us. Brian Horton is the only real estate agent I will ever use now. We had a different agent that was trying to rush us into houses we didn’t want and lost us a deal because he wouldn’t keep us updated on anything. Brian was the COMPLETE opposite. Ashley Towns is THE BEST! We re-located from Birmingham, AL to Charleston, SC. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area! She was very accommodating with our schedules in regards to looking at properties primarily on the weekends! She knows who to call in regards to inspections, repairs, etc. Her negotiation skills are TOP NOTCH and she worked diligently to get us the best deal possible within our budget! Highly recommend James! My husband and I are new to South Carolina so we needed a lot of help finding both a town and house that was right for us.
