Matt Farrow is the most incredible agent we've ever had. He took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home for our needs. While looking at homes, he evaluated each as if he was going to purchase the home himself, pointing out any problems he could detect with houses we viewed, rather than overlooking problems like others we have met. Michael was GREAT. I am naturally distrustful of salespeople. Michael however was honest, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, listened to our wants (and dreams). He offered suggestions and even pointed out defects in houses we were shown so we entered with our eyes open. No hidden surprises. Harrison met us at the last Minute to show us a property when we were in town. He then continued to Follow up regularly with potential properties in our price point and preferred location. He was never pushy and very knowledgeable. We ended up not buying at all but would highly recommend Harrison if you are looking for someone who is personable and helpful without being too hard core sales.
