Dayisa was kind helpful did a great job was there for me all the time. She offered to help every step of the way. To make it an easy transition. Moving is hard and she made it easier knowing I could count on her.
James did a fantastic job making sure my family got into our dream home and walking us through the process every step of the way! He was incredibly attentive to our needs and easy to reach out to if we ever had any questions/concerns. James is a fantastic real estate agent to work with!

Ashley Towns is THE BEST! We re-located from Birmingham, AL to Charleston, SC. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area! She was very accommodating with our schedules in regards to looking at properties primarily on the weekends! She knows who to call in regards to inspections, repairs, etc. Her negotiation skills are TOP NOTCH and she worked diligently to get us the best deal possible within our budget! I highly recommend Ashley! Proud to call her my agent, and now my neighbor and friend!
Highly recommend James! My husband and I are new to South Carolina so we needed a lot of help finding both a town and house that was right for us. He was extremely responsive and always available, even answering our questions while he was on his honeymoon. He went above and beyond to make sure we were fully informed and comfortable with our purchase. Cannot recommend him enough.
Daysia was able to meet all of our needs for our new home. My husband and I witnessed her determination, hard working demeanor, patience, and caring personality. Even though we didnt have a set timeline for our purchase, Daysia still took all the time to help us find our dream home. We will definitely continue to work with Daysia in the future if we decide to buy more properties and she’s definitely the first name out of our mouths when someone asks for a realtor.
Fred was amazing from the start. Great communication and very personable! Would refer him to anyone I know looking for their next home. We were able to reach out to him thru the whole process with any questions we had even if they seemed silly. If I could give Fred a million stars I would!
Fred Tonsing was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to do business with! Every question we had was answer promptly and if he had to get us an answer he was very quick with the follow up!
