Working with Jenna was a breeze ! Being this was our first home bought as a whole family, we did multiple walk throughs with our children and Jenna never skipped a beat to include them and be very patient with us!!! The whole process from start to finish still surprises us as to how easy it was most likely due to the amounts of hard work Jenna did behind the scenes!!! April was exceptional! She was patient, kind, timely, and helpful in everything we needed. She answered calls, texts, and emails whenever we needed her. She was able to get answers and if she didn’t know, she did whatever was necessary to get us what we needed! She told us it would happen, and it did! Liliana is such a personable and helpful agent! She was responsive and answered my questions (and then some) about the area! Having a local help us get settled in Columbia really was important to my family and I. This way we could hear about local spots, learn about the football and city scene, we wouldn’t have been connected to the people we were if it wasn’t for Liliana and chucktown homes!!
