I couldn't rate her on process expertise or negotiation skills as once I saw the property, it was not one for me. Shakira was extremely responsive, very courteous, and willing to do what it would take. However, as I said, the particular property I found had her join me at, was not something to meet my needs once we got to actually see it. Jennifer was extremely fast and eager to help me find a property. Very satisfied, with all of her help. She was very helpful with gathering all of the information I needed to move forward.
Tony is an excellent realtor. He communicated often and provided updates. He gave me all the information I needed to make decisions throughout the process. He seemed to have a firm understanding of what we wanted out of the process and was a great advocate for those desires. Tony works well with other realtors and was able to help us bridge some gaps. I would definitely recommend Tony, no matter the experience level of the buyer/seller.
