Zakia was an awesome agent very friendly and tended to all our needs when looking for a home! Her personality is great easy to get along with and very patient as she did her very best searching for a home. She made sure we got what we wanted and worked very hard to do so. I don’t do reviews often but I really enjoyed touring my dream home with Zakia. She was early, responsive and very sweet. Jamie was amazing at helping me find a home. A real go getter! She was always available and able to assist with my relocation. Great knowledge of Columbia and surrounding cities/towns. Able to do video walk throughs and email/chat.
Contacted Zillow and Jennifer was my first contact with the company. She listened to what I wanted and also told me about the property I was calling about. Doing a virtual walk through of one property tomorrow which she set up to work around my time. I look forward to doing business with her.
Zakia went out of her way to facetime with us at an open house. She even went down to the basement and up in the attic! She was extremely professional and nice to work with. I would recommend using Zakia in any real estate transaction!

I couldn't rate her on process expertise or negotiation skills as once I saw the property, it was not one for me. Shakira was extremely responsive, very courteous, and willing to do what it would take. However, as I said, the particular property I found had her join me at, was not something to meet my needs once we got to actually see it.
