April was exceptional! She was patient, kind, timely, and helpful in everything we needed. She answered calls, texts, and emails whenever we needed her. She was able to get answers and if she didn’t know, she did whatever was necessary to get us what we needed! She told us it would happen, and it did! Liliana is such a personable and helpful agent! She was responsive and answered my questions (and then some) about the area! Having a local help us get settled in Columbia really was important to my family and I. This way we could hear about local spots, learn about the football and city scene, we wouldn’t have been connected to the people we were if it wasn’t for Liliana and chucktown homes!!

Christina and her team did a fantastic job with the selling of my old home and purchase of a new one. Christina treated my family like we were her own, she is very knowledgeable about a variety of things which is crucial in a fast paced real estate environment. The team she is wokring with is outstanding, from mortgage lending or home inspector contacts they’ve got it all.
Jenna worked hard to help us find a new home. We weren't sure what we wanted or what we could afford. After looking all over town, she helped us narrow down our search area and find the best place for us. Her work didn't end then - she worked with us through all the inspections and the closing process. She was quick to respond to all our questions and concerns, and her professionalism was obvious throughout.
Jenna was very responsive throughout the entire purchasing process. She made sure I was completely involved with every avenue of the negotiating process and understood the changes made to the contract to ensure the purchasing price was fair and competitive.
